• Providing access to home-school support workers where agreed necessary
• Directing parents to the most appropriate services and authorities when additional support is available or required
• Making time for discussion about individuals and their needs as they move from class to class or school to school
• Creating commonly agreed policies and procedures, across all our schools
• Undertaking shared child protection training
• Sharing information and good practice in planning strategies for vulnerable children

By constantly reviewing what we’re doing to meet our commitments to SHAPE we will ensure we achieve our goals. We shall also be putting targets in place so that we can track our performance and make changes where necessary.

Nothing is more important to us than the children in our community. Through the Knutsford Education Partnership we have the ability to shape their futures positively, enabling them to recognise the opportunities available to them and to make informed choices about their lives.
